My most recent accomplishments in this arena involve working with a leader in performance marketing and funnels. This experience has expanded my marketing skill set and provided me the opportunity to produce incredible results for high-growth brands.

It all started when...

I learned about the success Exchange Media Group was having for their SME customers. I connected with the group when designing and managing a new on-boarding product for one of their customers. I have since joined their team bringing with me years of product expertise and business development experience.

My Role

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new influential subject matter experts.

• Complete SME assessments for all new clients including: market research, competitor analysis, customer profiles, marketing strategy, branding.

• Account management and consulting with team and clients through the SME development process.

• Helping develop A/B tests and reviewing funnels to optimize conversions

The Results

• Product manager for customer facing React application with a NodeJS back-end using Stripe, Paypal, Discord, Twilio, and Mailchimp APIs. Increased subscription conversions by 21% and client revenue by 250K in their first year.

• Collaborate with team on market research, positioning, design, and account management to deliver measurable results that scale their business.

• 2 Funnels Developed, 20+ ads created, 3M+ revenue generated with an average MRR of 100K+ for 2 clients since joining.

• Closed 3 new Subject Matter Expert (SME) deals in the first 6 months with predicted LTV of 18M in revenue.
